Acknowledgments

Notarizing acknowledgments involves verifying that a signer voluntarily signed a document and that they are the person identified in the document. The signer must appear before the notary, present proper identification, and acknowledge their signature.

Loan Signings

Set an appointment with us to facilitate loan signings for various financial transactions, including mortgage closings, refinancing, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages. We will ensure that all parties sign the necessary documents and that signatures are properly notarized. Starting at $150 for  1-hour remote signings. Additional cost apply to mobile services, length of time and distance.

Wills, Trusts & Wealth Management Documents

We can notarize wills and trust documents, which are important estate planning tools that outline the distribution of assets and appoint guardians for minor children.  Please contact us for individual pricing depending on time and paperwork needed to complete.

Jurats (Affirmations or Oaths)

With a jurat, the signer swears or affirms, under oath, that the contents of the document are true and accurate. The notary must administer an oath or affirmation to the signer, who then signs the document in the presence of the notary.

Powers of Attorney

We can notarize powers of attorney documents, which grant someone else the authority to act on behalf of the signer in legal or financial matters.

Affidavits and Sworn Statements

We can administer oaths or affirmations to individuals signing affidavits or sworn statements, verifying the truthfulness of the statements made in the document.

Medical Directives

We can notarize advance directives, living wills, and other medical documents that outline an individual's healthcare wishes in the event they are unable to communicate them.

Real Estate Documents

We play a crucial role in notarizing various real estate documents, including deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and property deeds of trust. Please contact us for individual pricing depending on time and paperwork needed to complete.

International Documents

We can  notarize documents for use in international transactions, including international adoptions, visas, and export-import agreements.

Vehicle Title Transfers

We can notarize vehicle title transfers to certify the identity of the seller and buyer and ensure the legality of the transaction.

Business Documents

We have the ability to notarize a wide range of business documents, such as contracts, partnership agreements, corporate resolutions, and articles of incorporation.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

The jurisdiction allows the State of Texas to perform remote online notarizations using audiovisual technology to notarize documents electronically without the signer(s) being physically present.  Starting at $25.00
